Freight

All shipments are made F.O.B. shipping point.  Claims for shortages and damages must be filed with the carrier within seven (7) days.

Orders

All orders will be processed promptly.  A cancellation charge may apply on special order if cancellation occurs beyond 48 hours after our receipt of order.  Back orders will be retained and shipped on arrival.  John Weeks Enterprises will ship all orders regardless of size.  John Weeks Enterprises has NO minimum order size.

Pricing

Orders will be invoiced at the price in effect on the date of shipment unless prior written agreements are in effect.  Quantity discounts are available on request.  We want your business.  Call for quotations. 

Returns

Prior authorization must be obtained.  Returns must be made in original cartons and in resalable condition.  Returns cannot be accepted after ninety (90) days.  All returns are subject to a restocking charge.

Proprietary Rights

All information, software, trademarks, designs, specifications, patents, and products furnished or created by Seller or Seller's agents shall remain the sole property of the Seller.

Taxes

Where applicable, John Weeks Enterprises will apply federal, state, and local taxes.  Tax exemption will be honored when a certificate of exemption is on file at John Weeks Enterprises.

Terms

Net 30 days from date of invoice.  A monthly service charge of up to 1.5% will be added to all past due accounts.  A 2% discount can be taken for 10 day payment. We also accept MasterCard and VISA for payment on our entire product line.

Warranty

Seller warrants that the goods Seller manufactures shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and services for one (1) year.  All other goods carry the warranty expressed in writing by the manufacturer to the extent permitted by the Seller's contract.  John Weeks Enterprises makes no other warranties, expressed or implied.
